Questions people ask
Do I have to start with the free plan?
No. It’s a good way to get some ideas, but you can book an advice call or ask us for a quote straight away.
Can I run it myself?
Yes. We set it up, show you how to check it’s working, and hand it over. It needs somewhere to run, and some services charge a monthly fee for that. We’ll tell you the options, and what they cost, before we start.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. We build around what you already use. If a paid tool would genuinely help, we’ll say so and explain the cost first.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your receipts, spreadsheets and emails stay in your own accounts. The automation only sees what it needs to do its job.
What if something breaks?
If we look after it, we’re alerted automatically and fix it. If you’d rather run it yourself, we’ll show you how to spot and fix the common problems.
How long does a build take?
It depends on the job. We’ll agree a timescale along with the fixed price, before we start.
Is it safe to let AI near my customers?
Our automations read, check, draft and file. Nothing important goes to a customer without you seeing it first, unless you ask for that. Each one has checks built in, like the VAT check in the Receipt Logger.
Where do you work?
Anywhere. Everything is done online, so where your business is doesn’t matter.
