How we look after your information

Last updated 1 November 2026.

Who we are

TaskCraft is a trading name of Rindle LTD, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17015797, registered office 32 Sea Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, TN40 1ED. We decide how the information described here is used, which makes us its "controller".

Questions about any of this: hello@taskcraft.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

Your free automation plan

Your answers to the questions, your name and email, and your business name and website if you give them. We use them to write your plan, email it to you, and reply if you get in touch about it. We do this because you asked us to, as a step towards possibly working together.

Ideas and offers by email

Only if you tick the box to say yes. Every one of these emails has a link to unsubscribe, or you can just email us. Saying no makes no difference to your plan.

When you email us

Your name, email address and what you write, so we can reply and keep a record of what was agreed.

If you become a client

Your contact and billing details, kept for as long as the law requires for our accounts. The information our automations handle for you, such as your customers' enquiries, is covered by section 10 of our terms: we handle it on your behalf, only to run the automations you asked for.

Who helps us

These companies handle information for us, only as we instruct, under written agreements:

Two services we use run under their own terms and privacy policies, rather than an agreement with us. Email you send us arrives in our Gmail inbox, run by Google (Google's privacy policy). When a plan request comes in, we get a short heads-up on Telegram with your first name, your business name and what you'd like help with (Telegram's privacy policy).

Some of them are based in the United States. Where information goes outside the UK, it's protected by the UK's rules for international transfers: the UK–US data bridge, or the contract terms the Information Commissioner approves.

How long we keep it

Cookies and similar

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, so there's nothing to accept. Cloudflare's spam check on the plan form looks at what it needs to tell people from bots, and that isn't used for advertising.

If you start the free plan on another page, your browser holds what you picked just long enough to carry it to the plan page, then forgets it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop using it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Just email us. We'll reply within a month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
