Ideas and demos / Quote Drafter

Every enquiry gets a reply, drafted.

Enquiries arrive while you're on a job, and by the evening they've gone cold. With this, a friendly reply with the right questions is already waiting in your drafts. You check it, add your price, and press send.

What happens, step by step

  1. An enquiry arrives in your email

Someone asks for a quote, a price or a visit.

  2. AI reads it

It picks out what they want, where, the details they gave, and when they’re free. Newsletters, suppliers and spam are left alone.

  3. A reply is drafted

Laid out like a proper email: thanking them, confirming the job, asking the questions you’d need answered, and asking whether a time they mentioned suits for a visit.

  4. It never makes up a price

Anywhere a price would go, it writes [PRICE] for you to fill in. It never promises a date, either.

  5. The draft waits in your inbox

In your own email, such as Gmail or Outlook, in the same conversation and addressed to them. Nothing is ever sent without you.

  6. You get a heads-up on your phone

“New quote request from Sam (bathroom basin, Little Common). A draft reply is waiting in your inbox.”

What it needs

  • An email address customers write to, such as Gmail or Outlook
  • A phone with Telegram, or WhatsApp, for the heads-up
  • Nothing to install: we set it all up

Could suit you if

  • Enquiries pile up while you work
  • You answer the same first questions every time
  • You want to reply faster than the competition without sounding like a robot

Running costs

The AI drafting costs well under a penny an enquiry. Run it yourself, or we host it and look after it for you, from £39 a month.
